Case Study
Terra, the Sustainability Pavilion was a part of Expo 2020. Desert INK designed a subterranean irrigation system that combines on-site greywater collection with a treated sewage effluent system. The effluent is filtered through an on-site reed bed before being recaptured for irrigation. The system is capable of reducing overall water use by 92% compared against similar sites.
